I am committed to protecting your privacy under UK GDPR and BACP ethical guidelines. I will store your data in a locked filing cabinet. Your name, e mail address and phone number will be stored on a separate work phone.

I will store your notes for 7 years as instructed by my insurance provider. Digital data will be permanently deleted  and any paper records shredded once this period has lapsed.

What to do If  you have a complaint
If  you have any concerns or complaintsabout how I handle your personal information please email me directly at JVCounselling@hotmail.com with the subject heading Data Protection Compaint.
